    Renewable Energy Industry

    Profile – Manager – Land & Right of Way (ROW)

    Qualification – Graduate in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

    Experience – Min. 5–10 years of experience in land acquisition and ROW management, preferably in renewable or infrastructure projects.· Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and regulatory frameworks.·

    Salary – Upto 9 LPA CTC

    Note – Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for Karnataka and Marathi for Maharashtra.

    Role Purpose
    The Manager – Land & ROW will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and securing land parcels and right-of-way for renewable energy projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, legal and regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and compliant land acquisition and transmission access.

    Job Responsibilities

    Land Acquisition
    o Identify suitable land parcels for solar, wind, and hybrid projects.
    o Conduct due diligence on land titles, ownership, and legal clearances.
    o Negotiate with landowners and finalize agreements.
    o Ensure proper documentation and registration of land assets.

    Right of Way (ROW)
    o Secure ROW for transmission lines, substations, and access roads.
    o Liaise with government authorities, utilities, and local bodies for approvals.
    o Resolve disputes and ensure smooth execution of ROW agreements.

    Compliance & Documentation
    o Ensure adherence to state and central land acquisition laws.
    o Maintain audit-ready records of agreements, clearances, and stakeholder communications.
    o Support legal teams in resolving land-related disputes.

    Stakeholder Engagement
    o Build strong relationships with landowners, local communities, and government officials.
    o Address grievances and ensure transparent communication.
    o Represent Sunfan Energy in public hearings and regulatory forums.

    Project Support
    o Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align land acquisition with project timelines.
    o Provide inputs on site layouts and transmission corridor planning.
    o Support project handover by ensuring land and ROW compliance.
