    We are seeking an experienced Manager – Treasury, Banking & Finance to manage the organization’s financial resources, banking relationships, and treasury operations. The role involves ensuring liquidity management, optimizing cash flow, handling fund arrangements, and managing financial risk in a metal manufacturing setup.

    🛠️ Key Responsibilities
    Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow planning and fund allocation.
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
    Handle working capital management, including cash credit (CC), OD limits, and term loans.
    Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization.
    Arrange short-term and long-term financing as per business needs.
    Oversee banking transactions, LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and documentation.
    Manage forex transactions, hedging, and exposure in case of imports/exports.
    Ensure timely interest payments, loan servicing, and compliance with banking norms.
    Prepare financial reports, MIS, and treasury dashboards for management.
    Optimize cost of funds and improve financial efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and financial policies.
    Coordinate with internal teams like accounts, purchase, and sales.

    Skills & Competencies
    Strong knowledge of treasury operations & banking processes
    Experience in fund management & working capital optimization
    Knowledge of LC, BG, forex, and trade finance
    Analytical and financial planning skills
    Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
    Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
