Job Description :
Plastic Cable Industry
Profile – Mechanic (5) / Welder & Fabricator (3) / Metallic Spray Painter (2)
Total Vacancies- 10
Qualification – ITI- Fitter, welder, Electrician, Welder, Diesel Mechanic
Experience – Fresher to 1 yrs in any field.
Salary – AED 1500 + OT
Accommodation- Bachelor Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Food – Cooking Facility and Gas will be provided by the company
Working Days – 6 days a week
Leave- 30 days paid leave after 24 months of continuous service
Medical – Free Workmen Compensation Card
Health Insurance – 50% of the Health Insurance premium will be payable by the company
Probation- The employee will be on probation for 6 months from the commencement of the work. During the probation period, if the employee is found incompetent, he shall be repatriated at his own cost.
Contract Period- 2 years from the date of joining.
Deposit- one month salary shall be kept with the company which shall be paid at the time of final departure and non-renewal of the contract.
Tickets- 1 return ticket up to hometown in Economy at the time of vacation after 2 years
Resignation – 3 months of Notice Period.
