Profile – New Product Development (NPD) Executive (2)
Qualification – B.Tech/ diploma -Jewelry Design, Product Development, or related field.
Experience – Min 3 to 8 yrs of experience in NPD within the jewelry manufacturing industry
Salary – Upto 5 to 8 LPA
Location – (Sitapura & Mahapura) (Jaipur)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented NPD Executive to support the development and execution of new jewelry collections from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design coordination, product development cycles, and collaboration with design, manufacturing, and sourcing teams. A passion for jewelry, a keen eye for trends, and a strong understanding of materials, techniques, and consumer preferences are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire NPD process, including planning, timeline management. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• evaluation of prototypes to ensure functionality, durability, and quality. Address any issues that arise and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that the first set of proto are received as per the design provided by client
• Overseeing the design process, providing guidance and feedback to CRM to ensure that concepts are translated into technically feasible
Key Skills: –
• Project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality jewelry products.
• Must be strong in follow-up calls to clients and prospects after initial contact to gather feedback and provide additional information.
• Candidate should be strong in managing paperwork throughout the entire process, including documenting call details, client responses, and any required actions in the CRM system.
• Candidate should Be Process orientation is an approach that helps organizations increase their own efficiency.
• Following up from CAM process to shipment process. /Must have full process knowledge about jewelry manufacturing process.
• Process problem analysis and solution. Must have basic knowledge of jewelry manufacturing,
• After QC I check the product whether all product parameters are ok or not. / Must have some QC knowledge also.
