    Job Description

    Operate and monitor foundry machinery such as furnaces, molding machines, core-making machines, and casting equipment.
    Set up machines for production runs, including calibrating and adjusting settings to meet specifications.
    Pour molten metal into molds to create castings, ensuring accurate and consistent flow.
    Control the temperature and composition of molten metal to maintain quality standards.
    Remove castings from molds after they have cooled and solidified.
    Inspect castings for defects and measure them against detailed specifications to ensure quality.
    Perform routine checks and tests on materials and products to detect flaws or inconsistencies.
    Report any quality issues to supervisors and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
