    FMCG Industry

    Profile – Plant Head (FMCG)
    Qualification – B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, Chemical, or related).
    Experience – 15–20 years of overall experience, with at least 5–7 years in a Plant Head / Unit Head role in FMCG/food & beverages/personal care industry.
    Salary- Upto 12 Lac CTC
    Location – Merta, Nagaur (Raj.)

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations Management
    Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, engineering, logistics, and administration.
    Ensure achievement of production targets within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and other productivity tools.
    Quality & Compliance
    Maintain highest quality standards as per FMCG industry norms (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
    Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and environmental regulations.
    Conduct audits (internal & external) and implement corrective actions.
    Cost & Efficiency Control
    Optimize resource utilization (raw material, manpower, energy, and machines).
    Monitor and reduce wastages, downtime, and production costs.
    Develop and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency.
    People Leadership
    Manage, guide, and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams.
    Drive a culture of safety, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    Implement training & skill development programs for plant workforce.
    Supply Chain & Coordination
    Collaborate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to ensure smooth material flow.
    Ensure timely dispatches and inventory management.
    Coordinate with corporate office for strategic planning and reporting.
    Safety & Sustainability
    Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and practices.
    Ensure zero accidents, safe working environment, and sustainability initiatives.
    Drive CSR and green initiatives at plant level.
