Profile – Plant HR
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..
Experience- Min. 5+ yrs, Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth workforce management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with business goals. The role acts as a bridge between plant operations and corporate HR.
Salary – Upto 6 Lac CTC
Location – Pashmilaram (Telangana)
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruitment
Manage manpower planning based on production and operational requirements
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant staff, operators, technicians, and support roles
Coordinate with consultants and agencies for bulk hiring when required
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Maintain healthy employee relations on the shop floor
Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions
Manage union interactions (if applicable) and ensure harmonious industrial relations
Conduct domestic inquiries and ensure adherence to company policies
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns
Coordinate with government authorities and inspectors
Payroll & Attendance Management
Oversee attendance, leave records, and shift management
Validate payroll inputs in coordination with payroll team
Monitor overtime, contractor billing, and wage compliance
Contractor & Contract Labour Management
Manage contract labor documentation and compliance
Ensure contractors follow safety and labor law regulations
Maintain contractor agreements and workforce records
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies
Oversee canteen, transport, medical, and other welfare facilities
Organize cultural and motivational programs
