Job Description :
Min. 15+ yrs in Gear & GearBox Both manufacturing industry.
Possess a wide ranging knowledge in diverse field of Gears / Gear box housing, slack adjuster parts, worm gear manufacturing process.
Efficient in playing a champion role in case of New product development by coordinating with all the concerned departs like engineering, quality, purchase, vendor development, PPC etc.
Co-ordinating with service departments like quality, maintenance, engineering, purchase etc for meeting customer/assembly demand as per the agreed schedule.
Proficiency in improving productivity by improving OEE of equipment’s by reducing various losses like changeover loss, inspection loss, correction loss, want-of- RM loss, breakdown loss etc.
Skilled in augmenting capacity of existing equipment’s by implementing improvements like cycle time reduction, kaizens etc thereby helping the organization to avoid/defer investment in new capital equipment’s.
Expertise in spearheading quality related activities like rejection analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

CNC Turning, CNC Machining like HMC, VMC, VTL etc.,
Gear Hobbing (Gleason 6 axis machines),Gear Shaving (Gleason, Sicmat), Gear Grinding (Gleason, Reisahuer ) etc.
