Experience- Min. 6+ yrs in Sheetmetal industry in QC department.

Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control production activities in the sheet metal division.
Supervise fabrication, welding, machining, bending, and assembly operations.
Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices for continuous improvement.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Monitor adherence to ISO / quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
Control production costs, reduce rejections, and minimize downtime.
Train, motivate, and lead the shop floor workforce to achieve higher productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and maintain a safe work environment.
