Profile – Project BDM / ASM / Sales Engineers
Qualification – B.Tech / Diploma- EE, EEE, E&I / Graduate
Salary – Upto 9 Lac CTC
Experience- 3+ yrs, Understanding of Electrical Contracts, Estimation & BOQ/BOM Preparation, basics of low and medium voltage systems, wiring, and panels, Technical Specifications Interpretation, Familiar with HT/LT switchgears, panels, electrical components, and building electrical materials, Experience working with electrical consultants, Architects, Dealers and Contractors, Project management companies,
Experience in Project sales, Institutional sales, AMC sales Techno commercial sales, services sales. Revenue generation and lead generation, Work experience in Bangalore is mandatory, Knowledge of Kannada is preferred (not mandatory)
Location – Bangalore
Interview- First Telephonic, Second F2F in Bangalore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical SITC projects in
commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
Generate leads through market research, networking, and relationship building with potential
B2B clients
Prepare and present proposals for electrical solutions including cost estimates and project
timelines
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitable margins
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
Develop strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility
management companies
Market Intelligence & Networking
Maintain extensive network with local electrical contractors, OE suppliers, and industry
stakeholders in Bangalore
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in electrical
solutions market
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build business relationships
Identify key decision makers in target organizations and establish strong business
relationships
Client Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project handover including collection
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and
referrals
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand evolving needs
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing
Handle client queries and provide technical consultation on electrical solutions
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records in MS Excel and CRM systems
Prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts for management review
Track project pipeline and conversion rates
Coordinate with operations team for smooth project execution and delivery
