Qualification – B.Tech – Mechanical
Salary – Upto 8 LAC + food + accommodation
Experience – Min. 10+yrs. in Steel plant project handing.
Location – Dolvi- Mumbai (JSW Steel Plant)
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the mechanical operations of our steel plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical equipment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and production activities.
Manage a team of mechanical technicians and provide guidance and support.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to mechanical operations, including maintenance records and reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices.
