Profile -QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualification- B.Tech – Mech / ele.

Experience – Min. 1+ yrs. in QA/QC role specific to MEP in large scale construction projects (Experience with MEP inspections procedures, testing protocols and documentations. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, knowledge of BIM/Revit is a bonus. )

Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct quality checks for all MEP systems (HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV). Ensure work aligns with approved drawings
and standards. Raise IRs and conduct joint inspections. Document non-conformances
and follow up with corrective actions.
 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain QA/QC records: inspection reports, test results,
method statements, etc. Update ITP’s and logs (IR’s, NCR’s and SOR’s). Assist in compiling
reports for QHSE Manager and client.
 Material and Method Statement Review: Verify materials comply with approvals and
specs. Ensure proper handling, storage and installation. Review and enforce method
statements and ITP’s.
 Testing and Commissioning Support: Supervise MEP system, testing and commissioning.
Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors. Validate and verify test results.
 Coordination and Communication: Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure
QA/QC compliance. Attend QA/QC meetings and audits. Resolve QA/QC issues before
handover. Support site teams with technical guidance.
 Project Handover: Assist in preparing close-out documents: As-Builds, O&M Manuals
and Test Records. Ensure punch list items are completed. Support final handover of MEP
systems.
