FMCG Industry
Profile- Quality Control Executive
Qualification- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.
Salary- Upto 4 Lac CTC + Food
Experience- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in FMCG (Food & Beverages, Dairy, Snacks, Packaged Foods).
Location: Merta City (Rajasthan)
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food safety & quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with lab testing methods and quality tools (SPC, 7 QC tools, CAPA).
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Implement and monitor quality control systems across production lines.
Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspections as per specifications.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
