    A Sales Manager in the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) – HVAC Industry is responsible for driving sales and business development of HVAC systems and related MEP services. The role includes managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets while ensuring technical feasibility and coordination with the project and engineering teams.

    Sales & Business Development:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC-MEPF segments.

    Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging contacts.

    Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

    🔹 Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
    Understand client requirements and provide suitable HVAC-MEPF solutions.

    Conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

    Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

    🔹 Proposal & Quotation Management:
    Prepare and submit competitive and technically sound proposals, quotes, and tenders.

    Coordinate with the design and estimation team to develop accurate costing and BOQ.

    Follow up on submitted offers and close sales.

    🔹 Project Coordination:
    Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure sales commitments are aligned with execution capabilities.

    Support the project team during client handover, design approval, and initial phases of project execution.

    🔹 Team Management & Reporting:
    Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance goals.

    Track and report sales progress, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.

    Develop sales plans and strategies for market penetration.

    🔹 Market Intelligence & Strategy:
    Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies.

    Provide feedback to management for strategic planning and product development.
