Experience – Min. 10+ yrs. in Export / Manufacturing Industry (must knowledge of ERP , SAP ) (English language is mandatory)

Job Description
Manage and nurture relationships with high-value and key export clients.
Act as the main escalation point for all client-related concerns or disputes.
Develop strategic plans for client accounts to maximize revenue and long-term business opportunities.
Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets or industries in the export domain.
Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand the organization’s footprint internationally.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales and revenue targets.Oversee invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups for assigned accounts.
Analyze the profitability of accounts and recommend cost-saving measures or pricing adjustments.
Create and present detailed financial and operational reports to stakeholders.
Monitor currency fluctuations and advise on hedging strategies where necessary
