Profile – Senior Electrical Engineer – Renewable
Qualification – Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience – Min. 7 -12 years of experience in electrical design and project execution, with a focus on renewable energy.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Role Purpose
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and execution of electrical systems across Renewable energy projects. The role requires advanced expertise in electrical engineering, strong leadership in project execution, and the ability to ensure compliance, reliability, and efficiency while guiding cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for solar, wind, and hybrid projects.
· Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
· Conduct and oversee load calculations, fault analysis, and system protection studies.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, codes, and safety standards across all projects.
· Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and procurement teams to drive execution.
· Supervise and guide installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions during project execution and operations.
· Provide technical inputs for tendering, cost estimation, and vendor evaluations.
· Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure quality assurance in electrical systems.
· Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
· Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electrical designs
