    Job Description

    Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
    Ensure that construction progresses as per the approved schedule and budget.
    Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure quality workmanship.Supervise foundation, framework, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing works.
    Verify and approve formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement placement before concreting.Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
    Test construction materials and verify them against specifications.
    Implement and follow quality control procedures to minimize defects.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
    Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure proper integration with civil works.
    Maintain proper documentation of work progress, approvals, and site instructions.
