    Responsibilities –

    A) The Senior HR Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire skilled and qualified individuals for various roles within the company, including engineers, technicians, assemblers, and other technical staff.
    B) They ensure that new hires have a smooth onboarding experience, providing them with the necessary information, training, and resources to integrate into the company culture and their respective roles.
    C) Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employees’ performance regularly, setting performance goals, and providing feedback to help improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
