This involves a mix of strategic planning, project management, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire tender process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather all necessary documentation and information for tender submissions.
• Analyze requirements, prepare compliance checklists, and ensure all requirements are met.
• Develop and manage tender schedules, ensuring timely submissions.
• Review and analyze tender documentation and contract conditions.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present tender proposals to senior management.
• Maintain records of all tender documentation and correspondence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
