Implementing route optimization software and technologies to minimize fuel and time expenses.
Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and scheduling of vehicles.
Ensuring that vehicles are compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
Managing the acquisition and disposal of vehicles as needed.
Ensuring that all transportation activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Managing licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
