Profile – Vice President – Compliance & Legal
Qualification – CA, CS, ICWA
Salary – Upto 50 Lac CTC
Experience – Min. 18 + years, responsible for overseeing the organization’s legal, regulatory, and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, corporate governance norms, and regulatory guidelines. The role will play a critical part in IPO-related compliance, due diligence, and interaction with regulatory authorities.
Location – Raipur (CG)
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage IPO-related compliance, including regulatory filings, disclosures, and coordination with legal advisors, merchant bankers, auditors, and regulators
Oversee due diligence processes for IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions
Ensure compliance with SEBI, MCA, Companies Act, Listing Obligations, and other applicable laws and regulations
Handle SCORES / SCOUPP and other investor grievance redressal mechanisms
Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, contracts, policies, notices, and resolutions
Advise senior management and the Board on legal risks, regulatory changes, and governance matters
Ensure effective implementation of corporate governance frameworks, policies, and internal controls
Liaise with regulators, stock exchanges, legal counsels, and external consultants
Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters, if any
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure timely compliance across the organization
