    Profile- VP/ GM– Techno-Commercial

    Qualification – B.Tech / M.Tech – Mech, EE, Metallurgy

    Salary – Upto 30 Lac CTC

    Location – Silvassa (Gujarat)

    Experience – Min. 20+ yrs in Steel Industry.

    Suitable candidate should have experience with HR, Admin and handling local agencies and labour.
    Candidate should have experience in managing commercial operations like Basic Production, Manpower Management, Plant Projects and Construction Activities, accounting, Basic filling of GST Returns, Local Procurement, Stores Management.

    Job responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategic plans for the company’s techno-commercial operation

    aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue. This includes market research, lead generation, and negotiating contracts.

    Possess deep knowledge and understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of the business. Provide guidance a

    and support to cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and commercial teams.

    Develop sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to evaluate the viability of projects, investments, and business opportunities. Make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and mitigate financial risks.

    Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

    Negotiate and finalize techno-commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.

    Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.

    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and adapt business strategies accordingly.

    Prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Communicate effectively to convey complex technical and commercial information.
